I picked up a bar of this at JFK on the way home from a Christmas trip, just looking for a little treat. Holy cow, best airport food ever. I've been parceling it out over the last week or so, and within a minute of finishing it hopped online to see whether I could get hold of some more. Not a standard candy car -- chocolatey, but with enough crunchy nuts and lemon and chewy ginger that the texture is unusual and really addictive. SO happy that Amazon has it!

This stuff is a white chocolate revelation. I first tried it at the Chocolate Show in New York--I'm so glad I can finally get my fix on a regular basis now. You have to try it to believe it: the combination of the lemon zest and candied ginger and cashews make this taste like some kind of out-of-this-world lemon meringue pie.

All of these bars are as good of chocolate as you will ever have. The other review about how this will change your perception of white chocolate is spot on. I had no idea it was so creamy and intricate. I was always dark, dark, dark! The combinations of ingredients are really spot on as well, with crunchy, flavorful additions.
